I build affiliate programs that stop leaking revenue

6+ years managing B2B SaaS affiliate programs from the inside. I write about the operational side of partner programs that most people don’t talk about publicly.

Practical, experience-based content written from the operator’s side, not the vendor’s.

ABOUT ME

I’ve run these programs from the inside, not from a playbook

I spent six years inside MailerLite managing affiliate programs across MailerLite, MailerSend, and MailerCheck before moving to agency-side work. I know what breaks at scale and what’s just noise.

I work with B2B SaaS companies that have a program that isn’t performing, or that want to build one properly from the start. Based in Spain, working with clients across Europe, North America, and Latin America.

More about me ->

6 years at MailerLite

Managed affiliate programs across three products. Built recruitment systems, onboarding flows, creative campaigns and partner comms from scratch.

Led platform migrations and full program rebuilds for B2B SaaS clients

Platform setup, partner communication, and QA end-to-end.

Currently managing 6+ programs at Affilial

End-to-end affiliate program management for a Norway-based affiliate agency.

Three ways I work with B2B SaaS teams

Whether you’re launching from scratch or fixing an underperforming program, I handle the work end-to-end.

Partner recruitment

Finding affiliates who are actually aligned with your product and can drive qualified signups, not just clicks.

Activation & enablement

Getting signed-up partners to actually promote. The gap between recruitment and revenue is almost always activation.

Program infrastructure

Platform setup, migrations, reporting, and revenue tracking. The operational layer most programs skip and regret.
